Filtros, rejillas, salidas de aire, carcasas y superficies accesibles: cuidado higiénico sin intervención técnica del equipo.Filters, grilles, air outlets, casings and accessible surfaces: hygienic care without technical intervention in the system.

¿Cuándo hace falta un profesional RITE?When is a RITE professional required?

Cuando el trabajo implica mantenimiento o intervención técnica, como evaporadores, intercambiadores, condensadores o desmontaje técnico. En esos casos coordinamos una empresa colaboradora habilitada RITE.When the work involves technical maintenance or intervention, such as evaporators, heat exchangers, condensers or technical disassembly. In those cases we coordinate a RITE-authorised partner company.

¿Por qué sigue oliendo aunque limpie los filtros?Why does it still smell after cleaning the filters?

Porque el origen puede estar más allá del filtro. Primero valoramos el equipo y, si requiere intervención técnica, te lo indicamos.Because the source may be beyond the filter. We first assess the system and tell you if technical intervention is required.

Sí. Necesitamos ver las unidades interiores y exteriores, saber cuántas hay y cómo se accede a ellas.Yes. We need to see the indoor and outdoor units, know how many there are and how they are accessed.

¿Qué fotos debo enviar?What photos should I send?

Una foto de cada tipo de unidad, la unidad exterior y cualquier zona con suciedad o problema visible. Si está en tejado o altura, muestra también el acceso.A photo of each unit type, the outdoor unit and any visibly dirty or problematic area. If it is on a roof or at height, show the access too.

¿Podéis revisar varios equipos en la misma visita?Can you assess several systems in one visit?

Sí. Indícanos el número de unidades interiores y exteriores para preparar correctamente la valoración.Yes. Tell us the number of indoor and outdoor units so we can prepare the assessment correctly.

¿Trabajáis con tiendas, oficinas y otros negocios?Do you work with shops, offices and other businesses?

Sí. Valoramos instalaciones profesionales y, cuando el alcance es técnico, coordinamos el servicio con una empresa habilitada RITE.Yes. We assess professional installations and, when the scope is technical, coordinate the service with a RITE-authorised company.

¿Cómo sé qué tipo de limpieza necesito?How do I know what type of cleaning I need?

No necesitas decidirlo tú. Envíanos fotos y cuéntanos qué ocurre; te indicamos si corresponde cuidado higiénico FCT o intervención técnica RITE.You do not need to decide. Send us photos and tell us what is happening; we will tell you whether FCT hygienic care or RITE technical intervention is appropriate.
